Bucharest the Paris of the Black Sea

Bucharest has a burgeoning food scene and a lovely backdrop. I was happy with how the food was fresh, cheap and reasonably priced, I still enjoy paying top dollar for wine and nice lunch every week. What makes this place so great? Haven’t we got this made: a BYO vibe; a laid back ambiance; and a boutique feel, just add the customer service and you’ve got yourself a recipe for success. Let me describe how relaxing my time is in this good spot. If you are not too tired or relaxed, you will really enjoy your meal here. I’m going to suggest you to go to the pizza place first, it’s so worth the money.

This is one of the most popular foods in Romanian food, also known as those tough meal. Traditionally speaking, this is a small Croatian dish where onions, meat and vegetables are cut apart and covered with a thick, tasty gravy. It’s usually served with either tomatoes or vegetables of your choice, but at this area it’s usually all about the onions. Also try the Grilled Gnocchi. Grilled mushrooms and peppers on top of bread. For more tasty gnocchi, try adding tomato and bell peppers, or chickpeas. This dish can be made with extra olive oil in case of pasta, and also (rarely) without oil. The sauce or chili is highly versatile. It’s great mixed in the oven and poured over the top of foods. It’s my favorite sauce of any side dish. You can serve it with black beans or rice, or also as a healthy option. The only thing you need to do is to cook up your favorite salsa.

You must go to the Cantacuzino Palace, which houses the Odeon Theatre, the National Museum of Art of Romania, George Enescu Museum, Revolution Square and the Kretzulescu Church. Also checkout the Cismigiu Gardens. These Romanian gardens provide a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Let me describe how good the scenery and the human spirit of these gardens are. The picture shows how much I enjoyed these surroundings. These gardens were all open and welcoming to me, and I could enjoy the temperature, the atmospheric details, the light and the smells. Even though the area was too cloudy to be sun rays, I could still see how the tranquillity of the area contrasted with the distractions. But when I wandered around the garden, I was shocked by the ancient architecture and culture of scenery and the human spirit of these gardens are. This picture shows how much I enjoyed these surroundings. These gardens were all open and welcoming to me, and I could enjoy the temperature, the atmospheric details, the light and the smells.
